Wayland Louie

Director


My name is Wayland Louie, Broker Associate at RE/MAX Golden Empire. I was awarded the Bakersfield Association of REALTORS 2013 Salesperson of the Year. I have served on the Board of Directors of the Association since 2010. I have also been a director of the Golden Empire Multiple Listing Service (GE MLS) since 2010 and served as Vice President of that Board in 2014. I have served on the Budget and Long Range Planning committee for both the Golden Empire MLS and Bakersfield Association. I now serve on the Strategic Planning and Finance Committee, as well as the Commercial Investment, Membership, Cultural Diversity and Equal Opportunity committees. I have volunteered monthly at the Salvation Army, preparing and serving hot lunches to senior citizens since 2013.

His dedication to those in the industry has lead him to also, be involved with the Real Estate Professional Family Relief Fund since 2014. Bakersfield has been his home for 20+ years, with most of his family being from the area.

Deana’s love for real estate began 30 years ago, when she obtained her Utah Real Estate license and began working as the Administrative Manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial in Salt Lake City. She has been a resident of Bakersfield for the past 18 years, holds an active California Real Estate license and is currently the Marketing/Client Relations Manager for Built Right Home Inspection.

She enjoys volunteering at our dynamic Bakersfield Association of Realtors, and is currently Vice Chair of the Affiliates Committee, Annual Sponsor for the YPN, and active member of the Golf Committee and Team Bringing Home the Cure.

Deana strongly believes in giving back to the community, and is a Surrogate for the Kern High School District, as well as a Certified Advocate for the Alliance Against Family Violence.

I have earned my Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Professionals Family Relief Fund. I have served as a Director for the Bakersfield Association of Realtors. I am a Past President of Women’s Council of Realtors. I also believe strongly in giving back to the community by serving as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army’s Sally’s Place and the Kern County Wounded Heroes Fund.

Elizabeth Lehr is a local State Farm agent who prides herself on helping people manage the risks of everyday life and realize their dreams. She earned her degree in teaching from Fresno Pacific University and has fueled her passion for education into helping her customers be knowledgeable about all things insurance, as well as be there for them if disaster strikes. She loves the mission of Family Relief Fund and their desire to help members of the community when personal disaster strikes. When not working she loves to read and travel with her seven year old son.

A native to Bakersfield, Tim Roberts has over 25 years of experience with negotiating sales. Tim has been an adviser to the Regional Occupation Center
Auto Body program for over 20 years. He also donates his time to the Golf Tournament Committee and is co chair for the MLS Forum for the Bakersfield Association of Realtors.

Suzi started in the Real Estate Industry in 2003. She has been a Realtor, Transaction Coordinator, Office Manager and now proudly represents Fidelity National Home Warranty & Disclosure Source NHD. Her diverse background of our industry helps her provide quality knowledge to her clients. She is the proud recipient of the Bakersfield Association of Realtors, Affiliate of the Year Award for 2017. Suzi is involved in her community and has been honored to be a part Sally’s Place, serving hot meals to seniors at the Salvation Army. The Bringing Home the Cure and Woman’s Council of Realtors committees and is also a Director with the Optimal Hospice Foundation.

Michele has been in the lending industry since 1982. Her many years of experience in the industry makes her a top producer in lending. She was awarded the Affiliate of the Year with the Bakersfield Association of Realtors in 2010. She serves as the team lead for JJ’s legacy as well as sits on the board for the Ronald McDonald Charities. Her willingness and dedication is what sets her apart in this industry.
