I have been in the Real Estate Industry and Mortgage Lending since 1982. I’ve been the Sales Manager for San Joaquin Valley Mortgage for the last 9 years. Community involvement is important to me and I love serving the city I live in. I’m currently a Board of Director for Bristol Hospice Foundation, Jj’s Legacy team lead for Live Auction and the Treasurer for Real Estate Family Professional Relief Fund and was awarded Affiliate of the Year from the Bakersfield Association of Realtors in 2010. My mortgage lending experience paired up with knowledge in the Real estate industry makes me an expert in the Bakersfield community. Marti has been working for ServiceMaster at Bakersfield since 2010. Originally hired on as the Office Manager she moved into the Business Development position as soon as it became available. Prior to working at ServiceMaster at Bakersfield Marti was the Operations Director for the nation’s first Real Estate Auction Franchise Company, Pacific Auction Exchange, Inc. (PAX) In addition to working at the corporate office she also owned her own PAX franchise where she sold real estate, personal property, and did benefit auctions.
